Wheaton Academy controlled Friday night's home-game against Luther South in its entirety. The team tallied a season-best 91 points total for the game, with four players in double digits, as well as every member of the team scoring.
Nate Williams led the team with 17 points for the night, while Joel Malmquist scored a season-high 14 points. Sean Berbert scored his first point of the season, and John Albaugh who appeared in his first game tonight after sitting out the previous six games with a strained quad added 6 points, shooting a perfect 6-for-6 from the free throw line. Matt Jones finished the game with a 13 point scoring binge.
The win tonight improves the team to 11-10 on the season with six regular season games remaining on the schedule before regional play. The Warriors will travel to Chicago next Friday evening to face Luther North.
